READ THIS CAREFULLY…..

As a team complete 1776 reps involving all exercises in any order.

Multiple partners may work at the SAME time, but everyone must work together on the same movement and move to the next one together.

Each movement requires 148 reps before moving to the next. Split the reps however you would like and don’t forget all three people can be working at the SAME time on the SAME movement.
