On Ramp Classes
Prior to participating in our Workout Of the Day (WOD) sessions you will need to demonstrate proficiency in the foundational CrossFit movements. We will guide you through these movements over the course of three sessions that we call our On Ramp classes. These classes consist of the Squat Series, Press Series and Deadlift Series. Once you demonstrate that you can safely execute the exercises in these series you will be approved to take part in our WODs. Once approved to attend WODs you may participate in as many sessions as you like during each paid month.
